Terms & Conditions

This policy is set in place to prevent last minute cancellations and no shows as this can have a big effect on our small business.

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and last minute cancellations can't be avoided.

We will try our very best to fill these slots but sometimes this cannot be done so please make yourself aware of our terms & conditions.

DEPOSITS

Once an appointment has been made you will receive a text to confirm your appointment.

The text will come from our booking system called Fresha, we can confirm the link is safe and secure.

You will be asked to pay a 50% deposit, this will then be deducted from your final bill.

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to do so and we will retain your deposit, if a deposit has not been made we may require a 50% payment to be made if we cannot refill your appointment slot. If 24 hours notice has been given them we shall refund or transfer your deposit to your next appointment.
